pause. only works if you trust it. So here's exactly what happens to what you share with us — plainly, not in legal language designed to obscure.
What you type stays with you
The draft messages you paste into pause. are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your analysis. That's it. We never see them. We never store them. The moment your result comes back, they're gone. Your history lives on your device only — it never touches our servers.
We don't know who you are
Not because we chose to forget — because the app was built so that information never reaches us in the first place. There's no account. No login. No profile. No analytics tied to you as a person. Apple has confirmed this in our App Store listing: data not collected. That's not a legal technicality. It's the architecture.
Third parties we use
Two. Anthropic processes your draft text to generate the analysis — their privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy. Apple handles subscriptions and payments. That's the full list.
If we ever change this
We'll update the date at the top and be direct about what changed. We won't bury it.
